I am a 60 year old 7 handicap golfer and have been going to Gina for Yoga for Golf instruction for about 6 months.

Gina has taken me steadily through progressively stronger Yoga moves all of which have gradually developed flexibility.

The first thing you notice is that you can turn your head round easily when reversing the car. The second thing I noticed is that I no longer had to worry about not completing the backswing even towards the end of a golf round. I have developed with Gina a warm up routine which I follow before every game and practice session and have had noticeably fewer injury niggles.

I would recommend Gina to anyone who wants to ensure their body is sufficiently supple for golf.”

On the golf course by around hole 15 on the golf game, i would always start to feel fatigued & my lower back would ache.

After coming to Gina for several months my stamina has improved & I don’t feel tired towards the end of the game.

I have a few exercises that Gina has shown me to do midway round the alleviate any aches & pains.

My focus & concentration is better & my body moves more freely. I would highly recommend this
type of yoga specific to golf.
